Hours: 40 hours per week - permanent
Salary: From £40,000 per annum + commission

Our award-winning client is recruiting a Home Admissions Advisor to join their fantastic care home team. They are looking for a friendly sales professional with a healthcare background who will support this stunning home to increase occupancy. NEED TO HAVE:
1. Track record in sales and marketing, preferably in a care home setting.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Ability to present to individuals and groups.
4. Experience building relationships within a local community.
5. Full UK driving licence.
NEED TO DO:
1. Represent our client's state-of-the-art home in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
3. Talk to potential new residents over the phone and provide informative and welcoming tours of the home.
4. Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
5. Respond to sales enquiries.
6. Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
7. Maintain a contacts database.
