* LOCATION(S): Watford
* HOURS: Full-time
* WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least three days at our Watford site.

You’ll be a member of the Commercial Team, reporting directly to the Head of Commercial Revenue & Analysis. The Commercial Team is responsible for the delivery of strategic growth projects, new products and the continuous development of insight, reporting, and forecasting. It also has operational responsibility for the end-to-end profitability of vehicles during the lifetime of the contract. The team works closely with all aspects of the business to deliver long-term profitable growth. What you’ll need
* Assist with the identification, analysis, recommendation, and implementation of key strategic projects.
* Contribute to pricing strategy and wider B2B and B2C commercial strategy.
* Produce timely and accurate commercial reporting for senior management.
* Help different departments make commercial use of data and analysis.
* Collaborate with Finance to support the annual business-planning process and quarterly forecasting.
* Work with key partners to understand and improve performance.
And any experience of these would be really useful
* Analytical and logical thinker; strong Excel skills are essential and experience with analytical packages would be beneficial (QlikView, PowerBI, Tableau).
* Commercially-minded; capable of identifying trends and understanding impacts/opportunities.
* Excellent interpersonal skills; working in a small team and frequent communication with other areas (written and verbal).
* Achieved a 2:1 or higher in a highly numerate degree (Economics, STEM).
* 2+ years’ experience in a similar role would be ideal (i.e. Analyst, Associate).
* Self-motivated, hard-working and willing to roll-up sleeves; will be expected to get involved in all aspects of the business.
* Naturally curious and happy to challenge the status quo and willingness to develop and take on greater responsibility as the role progresses.
