Title: HR Advisor
Location: Birmingham
Working Pattern: Hybrid, 3 days office
Salary: £35,000
JGA are partnered with a leading business that are seeking a HR Advisor to join their team. You will be working with the wider HR Team to deliver a 1st class service in this professional services business. You will be responsible for:
1. Support HR team with recruitment, employee management, and performance processes.
2. Build stakeholder relationships to assist with recruitment and change management.
3. Conduct reviews, exit interviews, and handle employee relations matters.
4. Manage absences, return-to-work interviews, and pay review processes.
5. Ensure HR policy compliance and support system improvements.
About You:
1. 1-2 years' experience in an HR Advisor role, ideally in professional services.
2. CIPD Level 5 qualified (Level 7 preferred) with employee relations experience.
3. Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
4. Proactive, resilient, and able to handle pressure and tight deadlines.
5. Skilled in influencing stakeholders and maintaining confidentiality.
