We're currently looking for a Compliance Testing Technician, who will form part of the Arcus Compliance Team, that will effectively deliver compliance testing, maintenance and repair works of all Arcus Engineers and Technicians between Scotland & the east coast of England.
* Salary: £32,641 per annum
* 4% bonus, subject to achievement of targets

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering planned compliance testing, maintenance and repairs on tools and equipment including but not limited to - Lanyards, Electrical equipment, ladders, and hand tools in accordance with relevant legislation.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Delivering planned testing of field-based technician hand tools and equipment, keeping records up to date and accurate at all times
* Utilising planning systems and maintain relationship with internal support functions to deliver compliance testing of tools and equipment in a smart and efficient way
* Disposing of faulty/failed equipment in line with WEEE regulations
* Ensuring compliance with all health and safety requirements including investigation into and reporting of accidents and near misses that occur during training or assessments
* Being responsible for delivery of Face Fit Testing to all field-based technicians.
* Being a role model with regard to Arcus Values and Behaviours, set a positive example of professionalism to colleagues whilst delivering training courses and carrying out assessments
* Providing feedback concerns regarding attendee behaviours and / or performance to line managers
* Continue to identify new business opportunities for self-delivery
* Continuous improvement: undertake training/ and skillset updates for new process/equipment and ways of working
* Actively supporting colleagues and be willing to learn
* Maintaining the compliance of field based working tools resulting in asset uptime, first time fix, quality workmanship with minimal recalls
