VANRATH are partnering with a growing MDF Moulding company that is seeking to hire a Technical Sales Manager that is highly proficient with AutoCAD. The office is based in Antrim, with home working being offered - Permanent position - Monday - Friday, 42.5 hours per week Salary £40,000 quarterly profit share (has been 15% for the past 3 years) Expenses/Mileage & Fantastic Benefits Progression Opportunities This is a vital role to the business, liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal teams. The aim of this role is to help with the growth of the product range and working on both new and existing products. Responsibilities Drive sales growth in conjunction with the sales team by leveraging technical expertise and understanding the customers' needs. Understanding and effectively communicating the technical aspects of the company brands. Build and develop strong relationships with key customers, architects, designers, and contractors to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with the engineering, production & procurement teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Support and work with the internal sales team to ensure that quotes, information, drawings, specifications etc., are returned on time to the Sales Office Manager. Analyse and assess market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and potential challenges. Provide technical support and training to clients and internal sales teams regarding product specifications and applications. Show initiative & involvement in product development for new products in new & existing markets. Develop CAD drawings for customers and manufacturing requirements liaising with the tool room. Attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote our products and expand professional networks. Assist in developing in-house procedures, including standardisation, and training all relevant personnel.
