The Finance Administrator will cover the Financial Administration for Finchley Synagogue. The post holder will act as a liaison between US Central Office and Finchley Synagogues Financial Representatives. The role will be to manage and maintain the efficient operation of financial accounts and other financial records in Finchley Synagogue. JOB PURPOSE: To act on behalf of the United Synagogue to manage and maintain all aspects of Finchley Synagogues financial accounts and financial records. You will be the first point of contact for finance-related queries from members, individuals and organisations booking hall hire and other stakeholders. Post holder will need to deal with all requests in a timely, professional, and courteous manner To be responsible for all financial aspects relating to banqueting and events, to work with Event manager to ensure all deposits and final payments are made in a timely manner To provide proactive, efficient, and professional financial administrative support to the Synagogues Honorary Officers delivering a high level of customer service including overseeing Membership Subscription Collections To deliver a high level of customer service using previous knowledge, expertise and experience, to communicate with members by telephone, email or in person To utilise strong communication skills ensuring that Members subscriptions are up to date Please visit our Careers page for a full Job Description and Person Specification ADZN1_UKTJ
