Due to significant growth and future work, the Fortem National Team are recruiting for a Plumber Multi to join our National Team.
For this role you must be flexible as you may be asked to work throughout the UK as required, which may require staying away from home up to 4 nights per week (all accommodation and additional expenses provided).
The Customer
Our National Team Trades play a vital role in the continuing success of our contracts throughout the UK. You will be Multi-Skilled but with Plumbing as a core Trade and be willing to travel to whichever contract is in need of the extra help. The majority of our contracts are in the Midlands and across to Cambridgeshire/Bedfordshire; however, we do also have contracts in the North West/East, Kent, and down in the South West, and you may be asked to work on any of them.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Carrying out all aspects of maintenance and repairs on all electrical engineering services as required.
2. Ensuring all work is undertaken to a high standard with the minimum of supervision.
3. Aim for 'First time Fix' on all jobs whilst remaining within budget and time parameters.
4. Operate within company Health and Safety guidelines and remain up to date with technical and legal requirements of your skill areas.
5. Day to day repairs/maintenance and renewals to properties.
What you will need
Essential criteria:
• NVQ/City & Guilds qualifications or equivalent / OR Qualified by experience will be considered
• Full UK driving license (Max 5 points)
Desirable:
• Social Housing experience
