Job Title: Administrator
Salary: Upto £25,000

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring an Administrator for a leading professional services
company in Harborne.
The Candidates responsibilities:
1. Answering telephone calls and responding to emails.
2. Ensuring meetings are booked in properly and diaries are maintained according to the companies’ standards.
3. Making sure all deadlines are met and work is delivered accurately – Some work would be in the form of compiling documents.
4. Understanding and recording client data correctly.
5. Ad hoc Admin duties – supporting the team with general admin work.
Skills Needed:
6. Knowledge of General MS, IT and email/internet knowledge is necessary.
7. Attention to detail is key as the successful candidate will be dealing with correspondence and documentation.
8. The ability to use own initiative and work well under pressure.
9. Must have excellent communication and numerical skills.
10. A keen interest and/or previous experience in financial services and investments.
