We are seeking a skilled and motivated Systems Engineer with a focus on Electronic Testability Services. The ideal candidate will play a key role in defining and optimizing test equipment, deploying diagnostic strategies, ensuring comprehensive test coverage, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support production test activities. Requirements Electronic Testability Services: Define and document test equipment requirements for products, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and production needs. Develop and implement diagnostic strategies to optimize testability throughout the product lifecycle. Analyse and improve test systems to achieve efficient and accurate fault diagnosis and isolation. Test Coverage and Quality Assurance: Verify and validate test coverage for current and future products, ensuring they meet customer requirements and industry standards. Identify gaps in test coverage and work with design teams to address them proactively. Monitor test performance metrics and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability. Collaboration and Production Support: Partner with Manufacturing and Production Design Support teams to plan and execute production test activities. Provide technical expertise to address challenges in production testing and resolve diagnostic issues. Act as a liaison between engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure seamless integration of test strategies into production workflows. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation for test equipment, procedures, and strategies. Generate reports on test coverage, diagnostic performance, and production test outcomes for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or a related field. Essential Skills: Proven experience in electronic testability design and implementation, preferably in a production environment. Strong understanding of diagnostic systems, test coverage analysis, and production test equipment. Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies, such as Automated Test Equipment (ATE), diagnostic software, and data analysis tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams. Preferred Skills: Experience in manufacturing environments and familiarity with industry standards for testability. Knowledge of scripting or programming for test automation.
