- Strong organizational and project management skills are expected.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills are a must.
Responsibilities:
- - I will manage and lead a team of cybersecurity engineers.
- I will work closely with cyber personnel in other countries.
- I will oversee the Security Operations Centre (SOC) function.
- I will ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- I will plan, implement, and oversee cybersecurity changes in a structured manner.
- I will oversee security incident management and resolution processes.
- I will maintain and update documentation of security incident playbooks, common practices, process flow diagrams, and the knowledge base.
- I will manage workloads and projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- I will report to senior management on the status of infrastructure projects and operations.
- I will implement and maintain industry-standard cybersecurity controls, testing and evidencing the effectiveness of those controls on a regular basis.
