Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to work in a Fleet Sales team for a company based in Malton, North Yorkshire.
The Role
Dealing with national Fleet companies it is essential that we deliver outstanding customer service and you will be used to speaking with customers over the phone, dealing with their enquiries and responding in a timely, accurate and professional manner
Duties
You will have a proven track record in administration, excellent computer skills and be used to delivering outstanding customer service. Dealing with all aspects post order you will update the vehicle status, organise vehicle preparation, booking handovers and organise delivery logistics. Experience of Pinnacle will be an advantage.
