By delivering integrated respiratory pathways, we will improve the detection, diagnosis, management and rehabilitation of respiratory patients.This is an exciting opportunity to work in a different way within our countywide service Team members will include respiratory nurses, physiotherapists, speech and language therapists, dieticians, occupational therapists, support workers and administrators. This is a community-based role that requires frequent travel to various locations throughout the county including areas that may not be accessible by public transportation. Proposed interview date: to be confirmed Main duties of the job To provide specialist physiotherapy assessment and treatment for patients presenting to the CFT Integrated Community Respiratory Service. To coordinate and lead Pulmonary Rehabilitation groups in Central Cornwall and, working alongside the multidisciplinary team, provide supervision and education to junior staff and colleagues across the county who participate in the delivery of pulmonary rehabilitation.
