We have a good integrated team of Clinical Pharmacists, Technicians and Support Workers and there is a supportive Pharmacy Education and Training team. The post will be based at Lincoln County Hospital but the successful applicants may need to travel to other sites within the Trust. Main duties of the job Our progressive department is in the process of a period of rapid transformational change to ensure that it is a service fit for the future and is at the forefront of the Hospital Pharmacy Transformation Programme. We support automatic progression from band 6 to band 7 upon completion of a post-graduate clinical diploma. You will also work with lead Pharmacists to review and develop policies and contribute to monthly directorate medicines optimisation reports. Rotations include acute medicine, surgery, dispensary, aseptic and cancer.
