The person What We’re Looking For: Experience in product, project, or portfolio management, ideally in a professional development, training, or membership-based organisation. Exposure to the learning and development space —but this is not an L&D role; the focus is on managing products, projects, and commercial outcomes. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall) and experience delivering initiatives on time and within budget. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally to align priorities and drive execution. Commercial mindset, with the ability to assess market trends, evaluate product performance, and make data-driven decisions. Experience with digital platforms, content delivery, or technology-enhanced solutions is a plus. Why Join Us? This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a professional development portfolio, drive commercial impact, and work in a strategic environment.
