Reliability Engineer Sheffield Days Up to £45,000 We are looking for a motivated Reliability Engineer to join a market leading manufacturer. Responsibilities Analysing equipment failure data to identify patterns and trends. Data analysis of breakdowns to prioritise workload and implementing preventative tasks/escalate projects required. Conducting Root Cause Analysis to determine underlying cause of problems. Identifying opportunities to improve machine performance and driving improvement projects to completion. Developing and implementing new maintenance procedures Designing and implementing new procedures for monitoring and testing equipment. Finding and implementing new technologies that can improve equipment performance and reliability. Developing and delivering training programmes for the maintenance team. Collaborating with other parts of the business to ensure reliability is integrated into all aspects of the organisation. Collate data for and report of OEE.Person Specification: Safety-conscious: the ability to identify potential hazards and take the necessary steps to mitigate them. Minimum 5 years' hands on experience in a reliability-based role. Must be analytical in thinking and data driven when making decisions. Must have a technical aptitude shown through experience in maintenance related roles. Must be confident with data analysis from a variety of streams. Experienced in Condition Based Monitoring, Predictive Maintenance, Reliability Centred Maintenance, and Risk Based Techniques. Will be a good problem solver familiar with standard problem-solving techniques, i.e. 5 Why, PPS, 8D, Six Panel, FMEA or equivalent.
