ROLEPURPOSE
In this role youwill drive the effectiveness of our executive team by coordinatingand delivering strategic actions from the Group CEO within agreedtimescales while proactively managing them to meet business needs.You will align strategic and performancebased priorities with theSenior Leadership Team oversee project management of keyinitiatives and ensure accountability for delivering againstobjectives.
Liaising with the GroupCEO you will connect the dots across business activities ensuringthe prompt communication of critical performance information. Thisrole demands exceptional organisational ss project managementexpertise and the ability to ensure effective communication andalignment across the Group.
You willplay an important part in executing on our 503015 vision (achieving50 million per annum turnover by 2030 at a blended margin of 15%)supporting our core values as wegrow.

InternalCommunications and AdministrativeSupport
* Attendand provide administrative support for regular executive and seniorleadership meetings including igning tracking and following up onkey actions
* Coordinatecommunications across teams including internal communications tothe organisation
* Communicate highlycomplex and sensitive information across theGroup.
REQUIREMENTS
KnowledgeandExperience
* StrongFinancial Aen: Advanced knowledge of financial ysis budgeting andforecasting with the ability to interpret complex financial dataand provide actionable insights from P&L statements as wellas being very comfortable with tracking and managing financialperformance.
* Extensive experience inexecutive support: Proven track record in providing highleveladministrative and strategic support to senior executives orleadership teams demonstrating an ability to manage complexschedules coordinate critical initiatives and handle sensitiveinformation with discretion.
* Strongproject management ss: Demonstrate expertise in managing anddelivering on multiple concurrent projects with the gravitas toinfluence and hold stakeholders accountable track progress againstobjectives and ensure timely completion of keypriorities.
* Excellent communicationss: Superior verbal and written communication ss with experience incrafting and conveying complex and sensitive information clearly toboth internal and externalstakeholders.
* Strategic thinking andalignment: Proven ability to align strategic and performancebasedpriorities within executive teams demonstrating strong ytical andproblemsolving ss to support business objectiveseffectively.
* Organisational andcoordination expertise: Exceptional organisational ss withexperience in coordinating internal communications facilitatingmeetings and maintaining comprehensive tracking systems to managemultiple prioritiesefficiently.
* Proficiency inadministrative tools: Advanced proficiency with administrative andproject management tools (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite projectmanagement software) and a solid understanding of businessoperations and bestpractices.
* Confidentiality andintegrity: A strong track record of handling confidential andsensitive information with the highest level of integrity andprofessionalism.
