This is a newly created position in which you will be designing, delivering and coordinating the provision of quality learning and engagement interventions for staff at all levels within the business.

* Designing, delivering and coordinating quality learning and engagement interventions for all levels of staff
* Working in partnership with a range of internal stakeholders to deliver on the People Strategy themes and ensure that learning and development priorities support in making the business a place where people want to work
* Working with the Head of People, you will develop meaningful engagement opportunities for staff considering the diversity of the workforce
* Equip management with the skills to engage with their staff and encourage staff to contribute creative ideas
We are keen to speak with experience Learning and Development professionals looking to take the next step in their career to add value to an exciting organisation. Must be at least CIPD Level 5 qualified with strong communication skills
