We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our dynamic team at Next in Leicester.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and managing teams, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence. As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining high levels of employee engagement.
Main Responsibilities:
* To lead and manage a team of customer service professionals to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction ratings.
* To drive sales growth by ensuring customers receive excellent service and product knowledge is up-to-date.
* To maintain a positive and productive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, open communication, and continuous learning.
* To identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that enhance customer experience and efficiency.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role or management position within a retail or service industry.
* Proven track record of achieving customer satisfaction targets and driving sales growth.
* Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
Benefits:
As a Customer Service Team Lead at Next, you can expect a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Working Hours and Location:
This full-time role is based in our Leicester store, with shifts available on various days and times, including weekends and bank holidays.
