Description The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT and Security System operational disciplines, process work-flows, resource and vendor management, with a leadership track record. This person must have the ability to operate successfully in a global landscape, with a focus on standardization and continual improvement of processes and long-term system support/upgrade cycles. The qualified candidate will report directly to the SVP, Global Physical Security and/or Sr Director of Systems & Technology. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Provide leadership and guidance to the regional security systems team. Responsible for all security systems related projects in region, to include new builds, retrofits, remodels, M&A integration, data center projects, etc. The scope includes assessment, cost estimation, planning, design, implementation overview, vendor tracking, KPIs, etc. Manage partner/vendor relations globally to include developing Requests for Proposals (RFP) for global systems partners. Develop and Implement business plans to ensure continued optimal performance and excellent customer service Partner with GPS functional leaders & peers to effectively drive implementation of programs. Create and manage the regional Systems & Technology budget and financial business model, to include executive level reporting. Liaison with internal Oracle partners to achieve objectives, develop new programs and leverage resources for program and service delivery. Liaison with external industry resources (e.g. law enforcement, military, emergency responders, industry peers & associations, etc.) Career Level - M3 Responsibilities REQUIREMENTS: Must have a minimum of 5 – 7 years of systems-based security experience. Strong understanding of industry specific legislations and compliance requirements. Subject matter expert in all facets of security systems and technology, to include: Lenel, GSOC technology, access control systems, network video recording solutions, surveillance, alarm monitoring, Vector Flow data-driven physical security platform, etc. SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY, IMPACT OF DECISIONS AND DEGREE OF SUPERVISION: The scope of responsibility will be regional in nature, with area and country deployed resources reporting directly to this position Decision impact is high and degree of direct supervision is minimal. This is a mid- level position with a high degree of responsibility. PROCESSES AND METHODOLOGY USED TO PERFORM JOB: This position will develop strategy, lead teams and resources to successful performance. Conduct analysis of business needs and identify programs & services required to meet those needs. The successful candidate will provide education and professional development guidance to teams, managers, clients and other resources as required. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This position requires extensive travel, to include globally. This position requires positive partnership skills, effective communications, and positive human relations in business capabilities. This position must be able to perform the full range of strategic business planning objectives, to tactical process, procedure, and business analytics capabilities. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE BS/BA Degree preferred Industry certifications are preferred
