Salary: £50,000pa-£58,000pa
35 days’ holiday (including bank holidays)

The Deputy Head of HR & Recruitment Lead will have a primary focus on recruitment and professional development of staff (CPD). The successful candidate will be energetic and approachable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a keen interest in educational matters.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the HR Department of one of the largest co-educational boarding and day schools in the UK. This is a fast-paced, varied and rewarding environment, working with a staff of around 320. New Hall provides the opportunity to work in a stunning, Grade I listed historic setting. A new London rail station will open in 2025, at New Hall’s front gate: Stratford, 26 minutes; London Liverpool Street, 34 minutes.
