Customer Service Representative (FTC) Location: Gloucester Salary - £25,000 per annum Hours - Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm on site Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) with the potential to go permanent My Gloucestershire based client is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and innovative solutions their growing customer base. They have a new opportunity for a customer service advisor to join their team on a full time FTC basis with the potential to go permanent. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support, resolving inquiries, processing orders and managing customer accounts. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and email in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about products and services. Providing quotes and product information Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved. Requirements: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred in a similar role, or from retail/hospitality background. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
