Our client is a dynamic and innovative construction group committed to excellence and sustainability across all projects. With a strong focus on digital transformation, they are looking for a talented Digital Construction Manager to lead their digital construction efforts across the company.
Role Overview:
As the Digital Construction Manager, you will spearhead digital construction initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will be at the forefront of the digital strategy, overseeing BIM research and development, managing ISO certification processes, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage digital construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless integration of technology and processes.
* Oversee the implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and other digital solutions across construction sites.
* Collaborate with project teams, architects, engineers, and contractors to streamline workflows, improve project efficiency, and reduce risks.
* Develop and maintain digital project data, ensuring all stakeholders have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
* Ensure the successful adoption of digital tools and methodologies across the project lifecycle.
* Support training and development initiatives, enhancing digital capabilities within the wider team.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years in BIM implementation and digital construction management
* Strong knowledge of BIM software and digital construction platforms including Solibri, Autodesk products, and Microsoft 365.
* Excellent project management and communication skills.
* Ability to lead and inspire teams, working collaboratively across all levels of an organisation.
* Experience with construction processes, along with an understanding of design, planning, and execution.
* A passion for technology and innovation within the construction industry.
