The Role As a Graduate Engineer (Glass & Faades), you will assist in designing and delivering innovative faade solutions while working alongside experienced engineers and industry experts. Your responsibilities will include: Producing design calculations and assisting with the preparation of drawings, specifications, and reports. Collaborating with clients, consultants, and colleagues to deliver high-quality projects. Conducting site inspections and attending meetings to monitor project progress. Utilizing computer-based design software to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Committing to self-development and continuous technical skill improvement. What Were Looking For A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent). A strong understanding of engineering principles and construction procedures. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A proactive approach with a passion for problem-solving and innovation. Ability to produce hand calculations, structural sketches, and work with design software. Familiarity with British Standards/Eurocodes and CDM regulations (desirable but not essential).
