Education is at the heart of our company and we are constantly looking at how to improve, develop and refine our courses whilst seeking out new academic avenues for growth. This role is central to progressing our 2025 plans and developing our courses in-line with our ambitious five year strategy. You will form part of a small team working to maintain the high academic quality of our current courses, whilst also looking to develop. Key aspects of the role include: Planning - Lead within and beyond the Academic team on logistics for around 3000 students in 600 classes taught by around 250 tutors across all our locations. Tutor recruitment - Ensure the timely recruitment and onboarding of all required seasonal academic staff. Monitor progress against key milestones, OKR review, ensure high quality of interview outcomes and matching tutors to courses. Quality Assurance - Plan and resource a comprehensive quality assurance procedure for all Academic aspects of our courses. Carry out teaching observations. Tutor Network- Oversee prompt and professional communication with a personal touch across our diverse tutor network. Setting expectations, providing support and escalating queries as appropriate. Course management - Anticipate problems, flag risk and triage concerns during our courses. Troubleshooting and close liaison with other teams. Record keeping - Following established and new processes to maintain records in line with safeguarding, employment and quality assurance processes.
