This role is ideal for someone with HR experience or a background in people management from sectors like retail, hospitality, or similar.
The Role:
As an HR Advisor, you'll be a key member of the team, delivering high-quality HR and Employment Law advice to a diverse client base. You'll thrive in a supportive, fast-paced environment where career growth is a priority, and no two days are the same.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide tailored HR and Employment Law advice to clients across various industries.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist the HR team with workload management during busy periods.
- Stay informed on the latest legislative changes and their impact on HR practices.
- Maintain accurate client records and draft HR documents.
- Take ownership of client cases, ensuring resolution is achieved.
- Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and support.
About you:
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- You can meet deadlines and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrable experience in HR or employment Law
- You're comfortable working towards KPIs and SLA deadlines.
- Your written and verbal abilities are exceptional.
