Assistant Accountant required for a new and exciting permanent opportunity working for a small but well established business based in Bilston with a view to start immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 12 months experience in finance looking for that next step up where you will work directly under the financial controller and be mentored to develop your career within finance. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the finances for the business including sales ledger, purchase ledger, bank reconciliations, VAT returns, journal entries, preparing management reports and the role will evolve around your experience and development.
You will ideally have excellent interpersonal skills and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Sage Line 50. This is an office based role initially so would suit someone from the local area.
