Medical Receptionist/Administrator
Stormont Dental care is a family friendly, private practice. After recent renovation and expansion, we are looking for the right individual to join our innovative team. We are looking for an empathetic and friendly person who is a great team player.

Responsibilities:
* Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
* Supporting the Practice Manager, head nurse and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
* Making patients aware of dental services and offers
* Handling payments
* Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
Ideal Skills and Experience:
* Clear headed and calm with good time management.
* Previous administration or reception experience would be ideal but not a necessity.
* Empathetic and communicable, understanding that we work in a fast paced environment.
* Efficient with good organisation skills
* Efficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Full time hours
Salary: Hourly rate dependent upon experience
