My client is looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor for their busy dealership in Fareham Area.

We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team. You should possess excellent customer service skills, be presentable, professional, reliable, and a dedicated team player. Motor trade experience or retail customer service experience would be advantageous but is not essential. You will assist incoming customers on a daily basis as well as talking to prospective customers. As you will be working as part of a team, good communication skills and IT skills are essential as well as being able to work on your own initiative as and when required, and the ability to prioritise your own workload.
Responsibilities
1. Assist incoming customers and communicate with prospective customers.
2. Work collaboratively with the team and independently when required.
3. Prioritise workload effectively.
