Customer Service & Retail Sales Advisor
Location: London (King's Road and John Lewis stores)
Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full-time (5 days, 40 hours per week) or part-time (4 days, 32 hours per week)
About the Role:
We’re seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our retail team. As a Sales Advisor, you’ll provide exceptional service in a premium retail environment, engaging with customers in-store and assisting with sales and operations. This role combines customer service expertise with a love for sustainable fashion and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver outstanding customer service in-store, by phone, and via email.
2. Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising and stock replenishment.
3. Handle sales, stock availability, and returns processes confidently.
4. Support opening and closing duties when needed.
5. Provide knowledgeable product and styling advice.
6. Assist with store operations at partner locations as required.

1. Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium retail environment.
2. Warm, enthusiastic, and people-oriented personality.

4. Highly organised with excellent follow-up and communication skills.
