Responsibilities:
1. Calendar Management: Organise and manage schedules for high-level executives.
2. Meeting Preparation: Assist with preparing agendas, documents, and materials for meetings.
3. Email and Documentation: Respond to emails and manage document requests on behalf of executives.
4. Presentations and Reports: Draft slides, meeting notes, and other documentation as required.
5. Point of Contact: Act as the first point of contact for all executive-related matters.
6. Office Management: Oversee the daily running of the office.
7. Ad Hoc Tasks: Support the director with additional tasks as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
1. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
4. Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and excellent multi-tasking skills.
5. Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
