What You’ll Do:
Lead Game-Changing Projects
1. Spearhead logistics and supply chain initiatives that drive efficiency and cost savings.
2. Develop and execute project plans, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
3. Proactively identify risks and implement solutions before they become roadblocks.
4. Align stakeholders across the business to achieve outstanding results.
5. Leverage data analytics to unlock insights and optimize performance.
Inspire & Develop a High-Performing Team
1. Mentor and guide a talented logistics team, empowering them to excel.

What We’re Looking For:
Education & Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent hands-on experience.
2. Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or project management.
3. FMCG experience is a plus!
4. Prior leadership or team management experience is a strong advantage.
Skills & Abilities:
1. Strong project management expertise—balancing multiple initiatives with ease.
2. Natural leader who can motivate, inspire, and develop teams.
3. Data-driven mindset—ability to analyze trends and make smart, strategic decisions.
4. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
