This Mortgage Administrator position enables you the opportunity to join a growing mortgage brokerage in Guildford. You will play a pivotal role in the expert maintenance and management of client accounts within the team.
As a Mortgage Administrator, you will be supporting the 2 Directors of the business and potentially another advisor in due course. Your duties will include:
1. Pre-meeting preparation
2. Processing of mortgages, protection and general insurances
3. Ensure all application forms are completed and signed
4. Accurately maintain all records on client management system and update promptly
5. Complete report, obtain adviser sign-off for new business recommendation summary
6. Send post meeting report to client, complete with appropriate documentation
7. Answer incoming calls, responding to client and provider queries as appropriate
8. Liaising with providers, solicitors and any other third party to keep within deadlines
9. Manage personal inbox, answering client, external and internal mails where appropriate in line with requirements
10. Maintain diary, tracker, outlook, CRM, OWS, tasks and KPIs, regularly, frequently and accurately
11. Keep fact find status updated, in conjunction with adviser
12. Manage daily post, answering client mail or distributing as appropriate
Mortgage Administrator Requirements:
1. Ideally you should have 2+ years as an Administrator
2. CeMAP or equivalent would be a bonus but not essential
3. Strong & clear communicator able to speak with clients at all levels
4. Organised problem solver who has excellent attention to detail
5. A good practical understanding of Outlook, Word, and Excel

Mortgage Administrator Benefits:
1. Salary of £25,000 to £30,000 dependent on experience
2. Working hours of 9am – 5pm with 30 min lunch – Monday to Friday
