Job Description:
Job Duties:
1. Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons for Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) students
2. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and senior staff
3. Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment
4. Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the holistic development of each child
5. Maintain accurate records and reports on student achievement
Required Qualifications:
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
7. Knowledge of the EYFS framework
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. Ability to work effectively in a team
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Previous experience teaching in an EYFS setting is preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
10. Understanding of child development and learning theories
11. Proficiency in creating and implementing differentiated lesson plans
12. Strong behaviour management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
13. Postgraduate qualification in Early Years Education
14. Experience working with children with special educational needs
Working Conditions:
This role involves working with young children in a classroom setting. The teacher will need to adhere to school policies and procedures, work collaboratively with colleagues, and communicate effectively with parents and external stakeholders.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
