A leading main contractor is looking for a Site Secretary to join a large project in Halifax. The successful individual will ideally have previous experience working on construction sites and be immediately available for a 12 month contract.
Responsibilities:
* Organising inbox and diaries
* Booking meetings
* Greeting and directing all site visitors through security
* General office management and administration
* Travel arrangement and expenses
* Liaising with all members of site team
* Assisting with timesheets
* Undertaking general organisation and administrative tasks for the project
Requirements:
* Previous secretarial / administration experience
* Strong organisational skills
* Experience within the construction industry on site would be preferable
* Fully conversant with Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication skills and good telephone manner
