Basic Salary £32,000 – Total OTE £35,000

Are you a meticulous and detail-oriented individual with a passion for the automotive industry? Drive Motor Retail is seeking a talented Vehicle Estimator to join our team. If you have an eye for precision and enjoy assessing and valuating vehicle damage, this role is the perfect fit for you.
As a Vehicle Estimator at Drive Motor Retail, your role will be crucial in evaluating and estimating the cost of vehicle repairs and services. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and transparent communication with customers, insurance companies and our service team.

Responsibilities:
1. Inspect vehicles to assess the extent of damage and required repairs.
2. Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for repair work.
3. Consult with customers and insurance companies to explain estimates and repair processes.
4. Ensure the use of genuine and high-quality parts and materials.
5. Maintain clear and organised records of estimates and repair orders.
Requirements:
1. Driver Licence Required: Yes
2. Previous experience in a similar role.
3. A team player with a can-do attitude.
4. Confident delivery of accurate vehicle repair estimates.
5. Knowledge of Audatex, Escribe and PAS 10125 are essential.
6. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
7. Up to date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques.
8. Be committed to achieve complete customer satisfaction.
9. Help achieve sales targets.
10. Ensure work is completed to a high standard at all times.
11. Comply with Health & Safety Procedures.
