Job Vacancy: Front of House / Service Advisor
Join our busy and dynamic car repair garage at Bryngwyn Service Station.
Hours:
12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
We are looking for a friendly, organized individual to take on the role of Front of House / Service Advisor. While experience with garage management systems is a bonus, it’s not essential—strong overall PC skills and the ability to learn quickly are more important.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Delivering excellent customer service with a professional and approachable attitude.
2. Handling customer enquiries, bookings, and follow-ups efficiently.
3. Supporting the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the workshop.
