We are keen to add an experienced employment law solicitor to our Abingdon team, enabling us to continue to deliver a high-level employment law service to our growing employer client base. You will be working across a broad range of employment law matters to help clients anticipate, manage, and resolve legal issues. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical ability in employment law, outstanding client service skills, an interest in the development of junior colleagues and a genuine interest in being involved in our growth in the market. About you You will have at least four years of experience as a qualified lawyer, specialising in employment law in a reputable private practice and/or in-house environment. You should be an excellent team player and willing to integrate into a unified team. You should be pragmatic, efficient and focused, with experience dealing with large / complex employer clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters. You should enjoy working with businesses of all sizes, and genuinely enjoy providing them with the highest possible client experience. Where you’ll be working This role will be hybrid working with an office based in Abingdon, Oxford.
