Job Title: Primary Teacher Bexley Location: England, Greater London, Bexley Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £150 - £160 Per day Benefits: PAYE Job Duties: The Primary Teacher in Bexley is responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons to primary school students. Duties include creating engaging and interactive learning experiences, assessing student progress, and providing feedback to support their development. The teacher must maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment, collaborate with colleagues and parents, and participate in school events and meetings. Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Proven experience teaching primary students Excellent knowledge of the UK primary curriculum Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field Experience: Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a primary school setting Knowledge and Skills: Thorough understanding of child development principles Effective classroom management techniques Proficient in using educational technology Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) Specialist training in specific subject areas Experience working with special educational needs (SEN) students Working Conditions: The Primary Teacher role in Bexley involves working in a primary school setting during regular school hours. The teacher may need to attend meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school events outside of normal hours. The position requires the ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift objects up to a certain weight limit.
