Role Overview: We are hiring in our Marketing team We're seeking a Head of Demand Generation to lead our team of highly motivated marketing professionals. As the Head of Demand Generation, you will develop and execute strategic marketing programs to drive brand awareness, strengthen the JATO brand, and generate leads resulting in robust sales pipeline. The brand new role highlights an exciting time at JATO as we embark on a five-year strategy to deliver excellent customer experience and world leading automotive business intelligence and insights. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive global demand generation strategy aligned with the company's overall product and business objectives, including building target audience segments, identifying key marketing channels, and setting performance goals. Implement global lead generation programs and campaigns across various channels, such as email marketing, content marketing, social media, ABM, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimisation (SEO), and events. Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, from planning and segmentation to content development and collation, execution, and analysis. Monitor campaign performance, identify areas of improvement, and optimise campaigns to maximise lead generation and conversion rates. Collaborate with the Product Marketing, PR and Content marketing to support the development of relevant and engaging content across all stages of the buyer's journey. Ensure the content is optimised for lead generation and conversion, including landing pages, ebooks, whitepapers, blog posts, and webinars. Develop a deep understanding of local market Marketing Analytics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the effectiveness of demand generation programs using analytics tools and reporting. Provide regular reports on campaign performance, lead conversion rates, and other relevant metrics to measure the success of initiatives and make data-driven decisions. Working with the Digital team support digital marketing initiatives, including paid advertising campaigns, social media marketing, SEO/SEM strategies, and website optimisation. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure effective lead generation and engagement. Manage a high-performing team of professional marketers and Marketing Development Representatives to ensure a best practice approach from design to execution to lead handover. Set clear objectives, and provide guidance, mentorship, and training to each member of the team. Key Requirements: 8 years in a marketing leadership role, with 2 years overseeing demand generation, preferably in the B2B SaaS space. Automotive and/or research and data insights experience an advantage. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse group of talented marketers. Experienced in creating and delivering successful lead-generation strategies. Excellent understanding of how to analyse and optimise conversion rates across the marketing and sales funnel. Previous experience working across multiple channels, including event marketing, content marketing, and digital. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to work to ambitious commercial targets. Solid understanding of SEO principles, content optimisation, and keyword research. Experience in working closely with sales, sales enablement and product marketing teams. Working knowledge of D365, and platforms such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
