Job Purpose and Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic, motivated, high-performing HR professional to support Croner clients by providing documentation support.
The HR Office Documentation Consultant will create and amend employment contracts and policies, supporting our clients' HR documentation needs.
This role is based at our Hinckley office.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
1. Respond to client requests in line with company SLA
2. Create employment documentation or critique existing documentation to meet client needs, following Croner’s policies
3. Provide timely and comprehensive HR support to clients
4. Communicate with clients via phone and email, handling queries appropriately
5. Meet deadlines and targets
6. Attend team meetings as required
7. Record work using the company systems
What You Bring to the Team
* Experience in employment law or an HR role
* Degree level qualification and CIPD accreditation preferred
* Thorough knowledge of employment practices
* Professional approach and confident communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Willingness to travel
