Key Responsibilities:
* Organising internal and external events and internal communications, managing external relationships and corporate image
* Identifying brand and communication opportunities and recommend enhancements.
* Assisting in media relations, brand promotions, and report drafting.
* Designing and creating visual and written content for the Bank's corporate messaging.
* Overseeing the corporate website, ensuring timely updates and relevant information.
* Handling memberships, subscriptions, and conference logistics.
* Supporting in preparing reports and PowerPoint presentations.
* Organising staff travel, accommodation, and visa arrangements.
* Supporting expat accommodation and visitor coordination.
* Liaising with third-party service providers.
Required Skills:
* Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
* Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within financial services, is essential
* Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
