We are currently seeking a motivated Client Support Manager to join our dynamic team, support our sales operations and drive our client support strategy.
Role Overview:
The Client Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the quality of our client support services. This position is ideal for someone who has a blend of customer service expertise, team management skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will play a critical role in supporting our sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional service to our clients. This role involves a blend of administrative tasks, customer service, and sales support, ideal for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual with a passion for helping teams succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategies to improve support processes, response times, and customer service standards.
2. Oversee day-to-day client support activities, including handling escalations and resolving complex customer issues.
3. Process and track sales orders from initial contact to final delivery, ensuring accurate and timely fulfilment of order.
4. Maintain and update the CRM system with client information, sales activities, and follow-up tasks.
5. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve order issues, and ensure a positive client experience.
6. Coordinate with internal departments and external supply partners to ensure order accuracy and resolve any issues promptly.
7. Assist in the preparation of sales quotes, proposals, and contracts.
8. Generate and distribute regular sales reports to track team performance and key metrics.
9. Support the organization and logistics of sales meetings, conferences, and events.
10. Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, marketing, and product development to address client feedback and ensure alignment on client needs.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in a client support or customer service management role, preferably in the service industry – but not essential.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
3. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle challenging customer interactions.
4. Highly organized, with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
7. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Based in Dereham, Norfolk, this is a full-time office-based role working with an established team where teamwork is integral to our success. FLEETSense operates within the vehicle technology industry supplying companies with fleets of vehicles, solutions to their multiple and varied requirements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £35,000.00 per year
