Role: HR and Payroll Administrator
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000
Location: Pocklington, YO42 1NR
Contract: Permanent
We have an exciting opportunity for a HR/Payroll Administrator to join us at our brand-new head office in Pocklington! As an administrator, you will be responsible for processing weekly and monthly payroll, issuing letters, drafting contracts and onboarding paperwork.
Please note, that you will be required to work from our office in Pocklington Monday to Friday. Whilst we are ideally looking for someone full-time, we will consider part-time hours across 5 days. Please discuss this at your interview.
Role responsibilities:
* Processing of the weekly and monthly payroll for around 500 PAYE staff
* Collating fortnightly sub-contractor pay for around 200 sub-contractors
* Fortnightly project splits for the accounts team
* Pension re-enrolments
* Onboarding process (offers, new starter packs, contracts) and letting relevant people know when we have new starters
As a HR/Payroll Administrator, you will have:
* Previous administration experience
* Strong IT skills
* Good organisation and time management skills
* Strong attention to details
