Transition Manager
Length: 6 months
Location: Hybrid - 3 days on site in Manchester
Salary: £69,000 per annum depending on experience
We are actively looking to secure a Transition Manager to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

The Role
Playing a critical role within the Digital & Tech Partner Management team, you'll orchestrate change to D&T services, and ensure the transition is smooth and efficient.
What you'll be doing
1. Plan and coordinate service transition ready for operational use, ensuring necessary resources and transition plans are in place.
2. Manage all aspects of change to service.
3. Manage and identify risks to ensure transition is carried out correctly and with minimal disruption.
4. Track performance of transition, utilising data to inform and guide transition.
5. Carry out post-transition reviews and identify areas for future improvement.
In summary, the role of a Service Transition Manager is to ensure that new or modified services meet operational expectations and do not negatively impact customers or colleagues.
What skills you'll need
1. Experience in service transition and change management.
2. Familiarity with ITSM, Networks and Exit Management.
3. Risk identification and management.
4. Ability to interpret and use data.
