Responsibilities include
* Dealing with telephone enquiries, receiving and processing quotations for hire and sale orders and collection requests.
* Liaising with yard staff and checking availability and utilisation of stock throughout both depots.
* Ensuring accuracy of all paperwork and adherence to procedures for hire contracts, purchase orders, and stock transfers.
* Assisting with the planning of transport to ensure equipment is delivered and collected from customers efficiently.
* Working with the sales team and engineering department as necessary.
* Maintaining good communication with customers, providing a helpful and friendly point of contact for all depot enquiries.
Skills/Experience Required
* Experience in a customer service role, preferably within a hire/sales environment.
* Good customer skills with an excellent telephone manner.
* IT literate - confident in using various systems.
* Keen eye for attention to detail when completing and filing paperwork.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work within a small team.
Our ideal applicant will be a team player with a great can-do attitude. Prior knowledge of the hire industry, especially shoring experience, would be advantageous, but full training in products will be provided for the right candidate.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
