Flourish Education are recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant to work in a Primary School located near Henley-In-Arden. The school is a tight community and wants to develop children who are supported in a learning community with high quality teaching. The school is looking for a long-term dedicated and passionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team to provide support to children with SEND across KS1 and KS2. The role will include providing one-to-one support and working in small groups delivering interventions. Our client is looking for someone to work in their school as soon as possible on a full-time basis and ongoing for the right person. Required Skills and Experience for this SEND Teaching Assistant role: Teaching Assistant Level 3 Qualification Ability to liaise with the class teacher, SENDCO, and other agencies to meet the needs of the pupils. Build effective relationships with pupils and staff. Experience supporting children with SEND and SEMH. Experience within UK primary schools. Effectively manage the behaviour and engagement of the children.
