Registered Care Manager:
Location: Farnham, Surrey.
Salary: Hours: Monday to£32,000 PA plus benifits.
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (with on-call responsibilities as required)

We are seeking a Registered Care Manager to join our dedicated team and lead our care service to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and management to care staff, fostering a positive and inclusive culture.
- Ensure the service operates effectively, meeting all regulatory and quality standards.
- Oversee the implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners including the provider and external agencies.
- Ensure all necessary reports are completed and submitted in a timely manner.
- Manage recruitment, induction, supervision, and development of staff, ensuring a skilled and motivated team.
- Conduct staff appraisals and support career progression through training and development.
- Drive continuous improvement and uphold the highest standards of care delivery.
- Be responsible for promoting and protecting the welfare of the individuals supported by the service.
What We’re Looking For:
- A dedicated professional with previous experience in a Registered Manager role within a care setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- A thorough understanding of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- A commitment to promoting independence, dignity, and well-being for all service users.
- IT literacy with the ability to effectively use digital systems (Birdie experience prefered but training can be provided) for record-keeping, reporting, and communication.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
- Registered Manager experience within a care environment.
- A valid UK driving licence.
- Enhanced DBS check (required).
