About The Role
We are thrilled to offer an opportunity to join our expanding Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist Team. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS), you will independently manage a dedicated caseload of patients, delivering a professional, person-centred approach through care planning, treatment, and ongoing support. Working collaboratively with internal and external teams, the CNS will also participate in events to promote our services. In addition, the role requires the ability to work autonomously, providing expert nursing advice and support to other healthcare professionals with confidence and expertise.

About You
The ideal candidate will be a qualified oncology nurse with a current and valid NMC registration. You will hold a valid SACT passport, demonstrating your competency in delivering systemic anti-cancer treatments. Previous experience in a CNS role is desirable and a full UK driving licence is essential for this role, as it requires travel between various healthcare settings.
In addition to your clinical expertise, you will have a strong commercial awareness, with a proven ability to drive business growth by increasing patient referrals through consultant engagement. Your ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with both internal teams and external partners, including healthcare professionals and stakeholders, will be crucial to your success. We are looking for someone with a track record of working collaboratively to enhance patient care pathways and promote service excellence. If you are proactive, patient-focused, and commercially aware, we would love to hear from you.
