The school is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team as soon as possible. Role Overview: As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will work closely with the class teacher to support lesson delivery and aid individual students and small groups. You’ll play an essential role in planning engaging lessons, managing the classroom, and ensuring that all students progress according to their abilities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting students and helping them succeed in their educational journey. Key Responsibilities: Support class teachers in delivering lessons, keeping students engaged and helping them make effective progress. Provide tailored support to individual students and small groups, both within the classroom and in separate sessions. Help create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment. Support students’ emotional and pastoral well-being. Assist with administrative tasks, including preparing resources and tracking student progress. Work with students who need additional support, delivering targeted interventions where necessary.
