Role: Store Manager
Location: City Centre, Bristol (just a 14-minute walk from SS Great Britain train station)
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £30,000 - £37,000 OTE + Commission
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Sales: Be highly sales-driven and commercially aware, constantly seeking new opportunities to increase revenue and enhance store performance.
Lead a Team: Inspire and motivate a customer-focused team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional service.
Hands-On Leadership: Work alongside your team, leading by example in all aspects of store operations.
Manage Stock: Ensure the right products are available at the right time, and expertly merchandised.
utilise Data: Use sales data and insights to drive commercial success and optimise store performance.
Customer Experience: Keep the customer at the heart of all store operations, ensuring a seamless experience.
Handle Complaints: Efficiently and professionally manage customer complaints to maintain high service standards.
Recruit & Develop: Build and nurture a high-performing team through coaching and training.
Positive Mindset: Maintain a can-do attitude, ensuring smooth operations even in challenging situations.
Policy Adherence: Ensure all policies, promotions, and procedures are executed accurately and on time.
Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to maintain high standards.

Excellent communication skills for building relationships with customers and colleagues.
Ideally 2-4 years of management and sales experience in a customer service-focused role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business performance.
Strong leadership abilities to inspire and develop your team.
A hands-on approach to store operations.
Proactive mindset, always seeking improvements and solutions.
Strong organisational skills for smooth store operations.
Keen commercial awareness and ability to analyse sales trends.
Experience in stock management to optimise levels and reduce shrinkage.
Strong visual merchandising skills for creating an engaging store environment.
IT competency for effective systems and reporting management.
